Monday night Atlanta Braves rightfielder Jeff Francoeur made a stop in Macon and Tuesday several of his teammates rolled into town.

Braves catcher Brian McCann, pitchers Blaine Boyer, Tommy Hanson, former braves reliever Brad Clontz, hitting coach Terry Pendleton, and general manager Frank Wren stopped by the Children's Hospital in downtown Macon.

It's apart of the Braves Community Caravan.

The players went to different rooms where they talked with the children, took pictures, signed autographs, and even played the Wii.

"This is what playing baseball is all about is giving back, said Brian McCann, Atlanta Braves. And you know if you can make one kids day. It makes your whole year. It's one of those things where it's gratifying for us to come out here and see the kids as well."

From there the Braves made a stop at Academy Sports and Outdoors on Eisenhower Parkway.
